I have a question on a vintage saddle?

A friend of mine received a saddle in the 1970's. It has a fibergl tree and it completely hand-tooled, including the horn and bucking strap. It is either a barrel racing saddle or a roping saddle. The seat is a light yellow-tan suede. I have looked all over and can not find a factory stamp on it anywhere. I have pictures. If anyone feels they might be of any istance, please contact me. Thanks.
