How bad is the smell around the BGE facility in Curtis Bay, Maryland?

My wife and I just stumbled upon an old post referencing a "poo smell "during summer time coming from the area around the BGE facility in Curtis Bay (close to the Pasadena line). We are currently looking at buying a town home in Chestnut Hill Cove (located in Curtis Bay) . The BGE facility is right across highway 173. Can anyone tell me how bad is it?
