Where should i go on vacation??

ok so my parents said for graduating the 8th grade i get to go somewere the weekend after school ends they gave me these choices: hershey, washington dc, new york, or another northeast place(we live in pa) it has to be a place that is drivable. ill be 13 all most 14 like 2 days after that weekend. and i have a little brother-7 and an older brother-15 so it has to be a fun place for all what would be best?? any other places that will be fun??
