Eastern europe HELP!!!!!!!!

how is eastern europe like is it pretty, or dirty. IS it poor. are the roads in good condition, can you drink the tap water, is it relatively safe. I mean countries like Rumania's, the ukraine, bulgaria, moldova, russia, kazakstan, croatia, serbia, mecadonia, tajikistan, etc. but i dont want countries like poland , the czech republic, and hungary.
