Why is Harold Camping still accepting donations if it's going to be the end of the world any minute?

The best part of this whole sham is that someone called his office and asked to interview someone and they stated they weren't taking anymore appointments until NEXT WEEK???? Guess they aren't part of the group going up...LOL
