What are your thoughts on this?

I know very well that there are a variety of personalities in this world but I truly believe if personality tests were given when hiring people in the workplace it would save on so much emotional stress and heartache and a much better life for all involved. As they say too in we can't choose our family but we can choose our friends. Women, especially, are the cattiest creatures on earth. It just gets old fast. Jobs are hard to come by as it is, so why can't people make the best of it? How do you maintain a healthy work environment? Roll of duct tape over your mouth? HA
