How many commercial flights can be purchased with $500,000,000 dollars?

In response to John, Most of them aren't even recognized and if they are the only security they need is to keep them from being confronted about their own stupidity. As far as when and where commercial flights are going they get close enough that Joe Shmoe congressman or senator can make do. When it comes to working on the plane, give me a break most of them can't find the time to work in their offices.
