If there's major industry support for the climate and energy bill, why does anyone oppose it?

Energy Companies stand to make billions from trading Carbon Credits. It's the consumers who will pay. The nice thing about Carbon trading is that it's not any real tangible commodity, so they don't even have to employ anyone to get their hands dirty, extracting it. The only extractors in Crabon trading, are the Tax Collectors .
