Has the mistakes of examiners and police in the past effected?

You know, I was gonna take a stab at answering your question, but Diana B answered it very succinctly and I agree with her...she is 100% correct. Like she said though, when you're presenting a case, you go into the courtroom with multiple pieces of evidence, not just one thing....If all the evidence and the facts point to the defendant as the likely suspect, then he will be likely convicted.
