Can I get pregnant if...?

Ok so me and my boyfriend were touching eachother, I'm a virgin btw, and he came and he got sperm all over his hands, and I told him that I wasn't goin to let him finger me like that so we waited and it dried and after that what he did was he got water from a water bottle and "washed" his hands there and then dried with a towel, is it possible to get pregnant? After that he fingered me. Please help!! We didn't have anywhere else for him to wash his hands.
