16 month old strange rash for 2 weeks!any drs. or nurses?

She had strep/scarlet fever, over two weeks ago. took all her meds. but the rash never left. some days it is barely there, and then others it is everywhere. it has stayed covering her feet...and the other parts it moves around on. the back of her neck, her scalp, her legs, arms, ,.....tonight when i picked her up after work it was the worst its been. her ears are bright red, the rash is on her face, its COVERED her feet and HANDS..they feel like sandpaper, and some of the spots are so red they look like pimples. last week the dr. rx'ed hydrocodozone cream and that helps with the itching, but it wont go away!!!! she is eating no new foods and it has been consistent for two weeks. no fever, she still eats, plays, acts fine. just a rash. plz help!
